About Me
I'm Abideen Sanyaolu, a software engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria. My journey started in 2020 with simple HTML pages and five years later that curiosity has evolved into building complete web applications from frontend to backend. What keeps me coding late into the night? The problem-solving. That rush when you finally crack a tough bug or architect a solution that just works. I've shipped personal projects and collaborated on team builds, but what excites me most is what I haven't learned yet.

Backend Engineer
Built a comprehensive event management platform enabling seamless event organization and attendee management. Architected scalable microservices backend using NestJS, TypeScript, NATS message broker, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and Redis for caching. Developed robust APIs for event creation, organization management, member roles, and ticketing workflows. Implemented secure authentication and authorization systems for organizers and attendees.
Software Engineer
Built and maintained a fintech platform for airtime, data bundles, VAS services, and gift card trading. Developed scalable microservices backend using NestJS, NATS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Redis. Created web and admin interfaces with React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS, plus mobile app with Expo. Implemented secure API gateways for seamless service orchestration and transaction processing.
Backend | DevOps Engineer
I built and managed the backend infrastructure for EvexAI, an AI-powered platform that leverages Google Cloud services to deliver advanced AI solutions. My role involved designing scalable APIs with NestJS, integrating AI models, and ensuring robust cloud infrastructure to support seamless AI functionalities.
